This Privacy Policy explains how BanterBox ("BanterBox," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit banterbox.live (the "Site") or request a demo of BanterBox Live. It also describes the choices you have, including how to opt out of advertising cookies.

Information we collect

Information you provide

When you submit the demo-request form, we collect the information you choose to give us — typically your name, work email address, organization, role, and the event you'd like us to build a demo on, along with any message you include. We use this solely to respond to your request and discuss a potential demo.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our analytics and advertising partners automatically collect technical information through cookies and similar technologies — for example your IP address, device and browser type, referring page, the pages you view, and how you interact with the Site. If you arrive from an ad, we may also receive a click identifier (such as Google's gclid) and campaign parameters so we can measure which campaigns lead to demo requests.

Cookies, analytics & advertising

Google Ads — conversion measurement & remarketing

We advertise through Google Ads. With Google's advertising cookies, we measure conversions (for example, when a visitor submits a demo request) and may use remarketing to show BanterBox ads to people who have previously visited the Site as they browse other sites and apps in the Google network. Google and other third parties use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to our Site.

You can opt out of personalized advertising:

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to Google's policies, and your data is handled in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described here:

• Service providers who help us operate the Site and our business — including hosting, email, and the analytics and advertising providers named above (such as Google) — and who are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
• Advertising partners for the conversion measurement and remarketing described above. Under some U.S. state privacy laws, using advertising cookies in this way may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising; you can opt out using the links above.
• Legal and safety reasons, where required by law or to protect BanterBox, our users, or others.
• Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or financing.

• Marketing: you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying to any message or emailing us.
• Cookies & ads: use your browser controls and the opt-out links in the advertising section above.
• Access & deletion: you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you submitted to us by emailing info@banterbox.info. We may need to verify your identity first.

California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access or deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. Data retention

We keep demo-request information for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your inquiry and for our legitimate business records, then delete or anonymize it. Analytics and advertising data are retained according to the providers' default retention periods and our configured settings.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate.
